This Shipping Policy explains how and when orders from ASHREVIVE are processed, dispatched, and delivered. It applies to all consumer purchases made through ashrevive.com.

Complimentary UK Delivery

We are delighted to offer complimentary delivery on all orders within the United Kingdom.
There are no hidden charges, no handling fees, and no minimum order value — the price you see at checkout is the total amount you pay.

Delivery is available to all addresses within England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.

Please note: We currently do not offer international delivery outside the United Kingdom, including the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing delivery details and, where applicable, a tracking reference.

During high-demand periods (such as holidays, sales events, or restock launches), processing times may take slightly longer.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on the type of item ordered:

  • Ready-to-ship items: usually delivered within 3–7 business days of dispatch.
  • Made-to-order or personalised items: may require additional preparation and craftsmanship time and can take up to 12 weeks for completion and delivery.

You will be notified if your order includes made-to-order products with extended delivery timelines.

We use trusted UK carriers (such as Royal Mail, DPD, or equivalent courier partners**) to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

All delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier availability, weather conditions, or other unforeseen delays beyond our control.

Packaging & Sustainability

Each ASHREVIVE order is carefully packed by hand to ensure your item arrives safely.
We are committed to sustainability and use recyclable or biodegradable packaging materials wherever possible.

Delivery Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address and contact information are correct before placing your order.

  • Once dispatched, we are unable to redirect parcels.
  • If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or non-collection, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery.
  • In such cases, a re-dispatch fee may apply to cover postage costs.

Delays, Missing or Damaged Deliveries

If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe or arrives damaged:

  • Please contact us promptly at help@ashrevive.com with your order number and, where possible, photographs of the packaging or item.
  • We will investigate with the courier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
  • If the parcel is confirmed as lost or damaged in transit, we will issue a replacement or refund in line with our Returns & Refund Policy.

Claims for lost or damaged parcels should be made within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

Split Shipments

To ensure faster delivery, your order may occasionally be shipped in multiple parcels.
If this occurs, you will receive separate email notifications and tracking details for each shipment.

Pre-Orders and Made-to-Order Items

Certain handcrafted or customised items may be made-to-order. In these cases:

  • The estimated completion and delivery time will be clearly stated on the product page.
  • If your order includes both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items, we may ship them separately unless you request otherwise.
  • You will not be charged any additional delivery fees for split or staggered dispatches within the UK.

Delivery Confirmation & Tracking

For most orders, a tracking reference will be provided in your dispatch confirmation email.
Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to activate after dispatch.

If you have not received your order within the stated timeframe:

  1. Check the tracking link provided in your dispatch email.
  2. Confirm that your delivery address is correct.
